Ditch the wheat for good with our Red Lentil Spaghetti Noodles, made from versatile and delicious 100% Masoor dal, enriched with added fiber. Masoor dal is often used in daily Indian cuisine, leaving wheat & rice behind has never been this easy! Use these noodles in both Asian and Italian dishes for a protein packed, nutritious meal.

 

 

  1. Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
  2. Add the spaghetti nests and maintain a rolling boil. Use a fork to separate the nests and cook uncovered until desired softness is achieved
    Al Dente - cook for 10 mins
    Just Right - cook for 11 mins
    Soft - 12+ mins
  3. Drain & rinse pasta under water
  4. Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh

Flavour Note: Neutral taste - closest to wheat noodles. Goes well with all cuisines. Try in your favourite pasta preparation and don’t be scared to get creative!
