Who We Are

Launched by Upasana Parasrampuria, Pink Harvest Farms began with a simple goal - creating smarter foods that make a balanced and holistic lifestyle accessible in the modern world. The aim was to indigenously grow high quality gourmet superfoods, which were previously imported and make them available to the Indian consumer at affordable prices. 

Starting with a single acre, for us this has been a labour of love and we are proud to today be a part of the global food community.

Our Promise

We only give you the food we eat ourselves. 

We believe in honest plant based nutrition, that’s why all our products are vegan, gluten free, rich in protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals and most importantly, easy to cook!

Our superfoods (Chia & Quinoa) are grown using sustainable farming practices (and NO PESTICIDES) locally in Maharashtra and Rajasthan. Growing and processing our crops, without any middlemen, ensures that we can get you the best quality, freshest ingredients, every time.

Our Founder

Upasana Parasrampuria Kagzi

Lawyer, International Pistol Shooter, Natural Foods Chef, Entrepreneur 

After representing India internationally as a pistol shooter, Upasana, then a lawyer at a prestigious Mumbai law firm, left competitive sports for another passion of hers – the world of food.  She is now a Natural Foods Gourmet Chef who has trained in New York, specializing in health supportive food. Along with founding Pink Harvest Farms, Upasana is also the founder of Diet Tamasha, a healthy cloud bakery in Mumbai. Her food journeys are chronicled in her storied Instagram blog, @Diet_Tamasha.
