Ingredients:
> 1 Cup Frozen Banana
> 1 Cup Frozen Pink Pitaya
> 1 Tablespoons
Pink Harvest Farms Chia Seeds> 2 Tablespoons Protein Powder of your choice
> Your Favourite nuts (soaked)
> A dash of your favourite milk
Method:
> Put the frozen fruit, nuts, protein powder, chia seeds and milk into a blender and pulse until at the required smooth, thick consistency
> Top with fruits/granola/ more chia seeds/more nuts/ nut butter and serve cold!
