Unlike regular rice, red lentil rice cooks in excess water.
Use atleast 2 glasses of water for every measuring scoop of our red lentil rice
- First bring ample water to a boil & add salt.
- Then add the rice and boil for 8-9 mins. Stir.
- Finally strain the rice and let it cool.
Flavour Note: Neutral taste - closest to rice. Goes well with all cuisines. Try in your favourite rice preparation and don’t be scared to get creative!
