1. Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
2. Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved.
Red Lentil Fusilli Pasta:
- Al Dente - cook for 9 mins
- Just Right - cook for 12 mins
- Soft - 15+ mins
Green Pea Fusilli Pasta:
- Al Dente - cook for 8 mins
- Just Right - cook for 10 mins
- Soft - 12+ mins
Chickpea Fusilli Pasta:
- Al Dente - cook for 7 mins
- Just Right - cook for 10 mins
- Soft -14+ mins
Buckwheat Strozzapreti:
- Al Dente - cook for 10 mins
- Just Right - cook for 13 mins
- Soft -16+ mins
3. Drain & rinse pasta underwater.
4. Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
